Every year in early spring, our grade 8 students have the opportunity to explore different ways to stay active throughout the lifespan. Some of our students go alpine skiing or snowboarding at Nakiska Ski Resort in Kananaskis. Others travel to Repsol Center in Calgary to try a variety of fitness activities.
